LHDN confirms phased mandatory e-invoicing Introduction starting June 2024

The mandatory e-invoicing implementation will start on 1 June 2024, for companies with a turnover of RM100 million or more in 2022. For other companies, the transition will be gradual, with all enterprises expected to comply with e-Invoices by 2027.

 

The e-Invoice introduction will bring a lot of changes to business. Therefore, to face these changes and carry on with achieving your business goals as well as to avoid penalties and maintain compliance, it is essential for companies to be able to understand and adhere to these e-invoice regulations.
